Channel boards provide the first positive steps towards staying in touch with loved-ones who have left this life - and for learning to channel. I liken it to 'email on a board.' Those who know of Jane Roberts, (the channel for Seth and author of the best selling Seth books), are aware that Jane met Seth on her ouija board. She channelled Seth for many years and he articulated the most positive, practical and helpful information only.
Seth's name is written on my channel board and I delight in speaking to him. It was Seth who one night spelt out, 'Dawn, Roemann wants to speak with you ' and it was Roemann who suggested I create The Crystal Cards.
When using a channel board, always ask for a high level of consciousness to come thru with love, to be your guide and gateway. And always go thru your guide in order to speak to someone 'on the other side.' This illimitates the necessity of connecting with everyone ( we don't allow the uninvited into our home, instead we choose our guests) and a channel board should be used in a similar way or it will be the busiest of boards.
After settling in with your permanent guide, feel free to ask if they can please make contact with a loved one who has left this life and then 'put you in touch.' They sometimes offer to introduce a financial guide, relationship guide or creative guide etc. John, my guide and gateway, once spelled out, 'Dawn, Agatha would like to speak with you.' And that's how Agatha Christie became my writing guide and editor.
There are people out there who will insist you protect yourself before using a board (or before giving a psychic reading). I leave that myth to those who believe in devils, satans and evil spirits!
Our lives are formed from whatever we perceive life to be!
Points to Remember
1. Assess your guide: A high level of consciousness will only give positive information and never offer negative or destructive advice. If a negative contact comes thru - know that you are in complete control and can break a connection any time. Just say goodbye, tell them to leave, then move the coin back to the starfish-start-position and begin again.
2. Always go thru your guide to make contact with others and importantly treat your Guide with respect.
3.Guides are fun to talk to and can pick up the conversation exactly where they left of.
4. Do not expect guides to give predictions. All time is simultaneous 'out there.' This is the only place where we experience linear time past, present and future. They love to talk about now!
5. Always thank them for puting you in touch with others and say farewell when your close.
6. Above all, remember to have fun!
